I’m sitting here at work getting ready to leave for the day and the thought of boredom crossed my mind. I’ve been trying to decide what kind of exercise I’m going to do when I get home. The choices are pretty vast, but I’ve narrowed it down to Reebok Step, 30 Day Shred, Run/Walk, or walk on the treadmill. They are all good options.
I’ve done the Reebok Step video already twice this week.
The 30 Day Shred kind of frightens me. I’ve been looking at some before and after shots of people and it looks like the program works. I’m afraid I’ll quit the program at some point before 30 days. This causes me not to even want to start. Crazy I know…but it’s how I feel.
The thought of Run/Walk bores me to pieces. I was on a running kick a few weeks back. I know that I need to get out on the pavement if I’m going to do another ½ marathon in September. Perhaps I need a new route.
The treadmill is a good option because I have some recorded TV shows that I’d like to watch. It’s super easy to walk for hours, if you have a good program on the tube.
